The Road to Jerusalem ministry (TRTJ) is committed to respecting the privacy of our ministry partners/donors.  This Privacy Policy has been developed to ensure that your private information will not be shared with any third party other than those with whom it is necessary to arrange travel accommodations, tour registrations and community service forms.

TRTJ reserves the right at any time and without notice to change this Privacy Policy by posting such changes to our website.  TRTJ provides partners/donors with the opportunity to remove their name from our mailing list should that be desired.

INFORMATION COLLECTED

The types of information we collect and maintain are as follows:

  • Contact information: name, organization/church, address, phone number, email address
  • Payment information: credit card number and expiration date, billing information, electronic signature
  • Shipping information: name, organization/church, address, phone number, email address
  • Travel information: passport number, birthdate, birthplace, state of issue, date of issue, expiration date, emergency contact, roommate preferences, accommodation details
  • Information you share: questions, comments, suggestions
  • Your requests to receive prayer, newsletters, ministry communications and updates

HOW INFORMATION IS USED

TRTJ uses your information to arrange your travel accommodations, communicate with you and inform you of ministry updates.  Credit Card numbers are used only for donations or for travel related expenses and are processed via PayPal.  Your credit card information is not retained for other purposes.

SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

TRTJ will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to other organizations.  When necessary to arrange your travel/tour accommodations, we will provide our travel, tour and community service partners with your personal information but only as it pertains to a specific need to fulfill your request and for your benefit.  We assure you that your identity will be kept confidential.  Use of partner/donor information will be limited to the internal purposes of TRTJ and its travel, tour and service partners.

We understand that in today’s modern tech world many people are inundated with unwanted email communications.  We do not want to send unwanted communications, electronic or postal, to our partners/donors.  Please contact our office at (904) 551-4593 or info@theroadtojerusalem.org to be removed from our mailing list.

WEBSITE INFORMATION

Our online registration forms require users to give us contact information that may include name, email address, communication preferences, address, passport information.  We require all minors to have their parent/legal guardian complete all required forms and give consent for registrants under the age of eighteen (18).  All online payment processing is handled through PayPal and in compliance with the latest PCI and GDPR standards.

INTERNET PROTOCOL ADDRESS

We collect an IP address from all visitors to our site.  An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet.  We use IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our servers, administer our site, analyze trends, track users’ movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use in order to improve the site and deliver customized, personalized content.  IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
